Cost and coverage

Standard delivery is free for every product ordered on BlackFriday247.store to a supported address in Greece, Bulgaria, Hungary or Italy. No delivery fee is added to the amount confirmed in your order.

Processing and estimated time

We verify the order by telephone or message before dispatch. The usual estimate is 2–4 working days from dispatch, unless another estimate is displayed or communicated. Weekends, public holidays, remote areas, customs or courier disruptions can extend this period.

Delivery and risk

Please provide a complete address and reachable telephone number. Risk passes to you when you or a person designated by you physically receives the parcel. If delivery fails due to inaccurate data or repeated absence, we will contact you to arrange a practical solution.

Damaged or missing parcel

If the parcel is visibly damaged, note this with the courier where possible and contact us promptly. Photos of the packaging and product help us resolve the case, but do not remove your statutory rights.
