14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods. For a multi-item order delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

How to notify us

Before the deadline, send any unequivocal statement of withdrawal by email or use our online return/exchange/service form. Using the form is recommended because it creates a registration number, but it is not the only valid method.

Returning the item

After notification, return the product within 14 days following our instructions. You may inspect it as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Keep the accessories and, where reasonably possible, the original packaging.

Return cost and refund

For a no-reason withdrawal, the direct return shipping cost is borne by the consumer unless we expressly agree otherwise. For a confirmed defect, non-conformity or our error, return transport is free. We reimburse amounts due, including the original standard delivery cost where relevant, no later than 14 days after notice; we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return.

Exceptions and exchanges

The statutory exceptions to withdrawal apply, including goods made to specification, sealed hygiene goods opened after delivery and other categories defined by law. An exchange depends on stock; if unavailable, the statutory refund route remains available. Defective goods are handled under the legal guarantee.
