BlackFriday247.store is operated by IEFTINIT SRL. These rules apply to consumer orders delivered in Greece, Bulgaria, Hungary and Italy. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain applicable.

Legal guarantee

Consumer products benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, or any longer mandatory period applicable in the delivery country. This guarantee is provided by the seller and is free of charge.

Available remedies

If a product is non-conforming, you may request repair or replacement free of charge, unless the chosen remedy is impossible or disproportionate. Where the law permits, you may obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract and receive a refund if repair or replacement is not provided within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience.

How to request service

Use our return/exchange/service form or contact us by email, describing the issue and providing the order details. Photos or video can speed up diagnosis but are not mandatory where unreasonable. We will provide collection or return instructions; transport for a covered conformity claim is free.

Coverage

The legal guarantee covers non-conformity existing at delivery under the rules applicable in the consumer’s country. It does not cover normal wear, accidents, misuse, unauthorised repairs or failure to follow safety and maintenance instructions, unless the problem is unrelated to those circumstances. Any commercial warranty is additional and cannot reduce statutory rights.
