Products, prices and availability

We present the essential characteristics, total product price and available offers on each product page. Prices include applicable taxes. Product images are illustrative but we aim to represent the item accurately. Obvious typographical or pricing errors may be corrected before acceptance of the order.

• Promotional stock and delivery estimates are updated in good faith.
• A submitted form is an order request; the sale is confirmed after our telephone or written confirmation.

Ordering and contract

You must provide complete and accurate contact and delivery information. We may contact you to confirm the order, availability and delivery details. The contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order. We may refuse a suspicious, impossible or fraudulent order and will inform you where appropriate.

Payment and delivery

Payment is made on delivery in the currency shown for the selected market. Standard delivery is free for all products and supported countries. The estimated delivery time is shown before ordering and delays outside our reasonable control may occur.

Withdrawal, conformity and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to statutory exceptions, and a minimum two-year legal guarantee for non-conforming goods. These rights are detailed in our Return and Product Warranty policies and are not limited by these terms.

Website use and intellectual property

Site content, design and brand elements may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. You must not interfere with the website, submit false orders or use automated means abusively.

Liability, applicable law and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Romanian law applies without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country of residence.
