Data controller and data collected

IEFTINIT SRL is the controller. We may process your name, telephone number, email, delivery and billing address, country, order contents, communications, support documents, consent choices and technical data such as IP address, device/browser information and security logs.

Purposes and legal bases

• Taking, confirming, delivering and managing orders — performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps.
• Invoices, accounting, warranty and legal obligations — compliance with law.
• Fraud prevention, security and service improvement — legitimate interests balanced against your rights.
• Meta/TikTok advertising measurement or other optional tracking — consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
• Responding to requests and legal claims — contract, legal obligation or legitimate interest, as applicable.

Recipients and international transfers

We share only necessary data with couriers, Shopify for order processing, hosting and database providers, IT/support providers, accountants, professional advisers and public authorities where required. If data is transferred outside the EEA, we use an applicable legal mechanism such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Retention and security

We keep order, accounting and warranty records for the periods required by applicable tax, accounting and consumer law, and other data only as long as needed for the stated purpose or legal claims. We use access controls, secure connections, backups and organisational measures, while no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP) or the authority in your country of residence. We do not sell personal data.

Automated decisions and children

We do not use solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for ordinary orders. The service is not directed to children and orders must be placed by adults with legal capacity.
